Karen is currently the drummer of Duncan Reid and the Big Heads (Ex singer/bassist of The Boys) and Time to Kill (Pete: The Vibrators/ Stan: Demented Are Go). She has performed across Europe, in Scandinavia and South America. Karen graduated with BA Honours in Music Performance at Dartington College of Arts and was taught Latin percussion in the Dominican Republic by Wilfredo Reyes and Pablito Drum (New World Drumming DVD/Author of Dominican Rhythms and Profound Studies of Tambora).

Karen played the drums on Duncan Reid and the Big Head’s album ‘Bombs Away’ which was nominated for Best Album at the Vive Le Rock Awards 2018.
