Liam Jolly (Wolf Note)

Liam Jolly is a drummer hailing from Cornwall, UK.

Cutting his teeth in pub blues bands 20 years ago Liam has gone on to play everything from rock, folk, pop, funk, country, punk, rockabilly, skiffle and has even found himself in an orchestra pit on more than one occasion!

He has performed with a variety of artists over the years most notably a stint in singer songwriter Ruarri Joseph’s band, the Noel Prior Band (which also included live BBC radio and TV performances) and has stood in with artists as diverse as Cosmo Jarvis and most recently Mungo Jerry’s Paul King. He is also a permanent member of garage rock band Mister Postman.

However, hard-hitting rock is where his heart is which prompted his latest project as one half of visceral riff rock 2 piece, Wolf Note. Taking influence from stoner greats such as Kyuss and Fu Manchu Wolf Note are raw, stripped down, over-fuzzed stoner grunge rock.
