Robin is a thoroughly modern drummer for Brother and Bones & Marble Fairy and an accomplished session drummer and teacher. Whether teaching or performing, he brings a natural charm and powerful energy to his music making.
Thriving on a shared inspiration, and driven solely by the love of their art, ‘Brother & Bones’ is the common ground between a body of musicians, artists, photographers and filmmakers. Amongst the barrage of a drumming-duo and a full-blooded 5-piece band line-up there is, somehow, a space perfectly left for finger picked acoustic guitar and a fiery-warm vocal all delivered with a steam-train live show.
Brother and Bones were winners of Best Band and Best Live Show at the South West Live Music Awards: Brother and Bones were up against high class acts with the likes of ‘Pulled Apart By Ponies’, ‘Xavier Rudd’, ‘Ben Howard’, ‘Newton Faulkner’ and ‘Ruarri Joseph’.
